Information may be collected through membership agreements, waiver forms, booking platforms, payment processors, facility websites, social media interactions, camps, clinics, tournaments, events, or direct communications with members and participants.

BOOKING SOFTWARE & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Legends may use third-party service providers or software platforms for membership management, scheduling, booking systems, communications, payment processing, analytics, or operational administration.
Personal information may be processed or stored through such providers in accordance with their applicable privacy and security practices. Legends takes reasonable steps to work with reputable providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security standards.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment information may be collected and processed for memberships, facility rentals, bookings, camps, clinics, merchandise, or related services. Payment transactions may be processed through third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE & FACILITY SECURITY
Video surveillance systems will be used within and outside our facility premises located at 3250 Ridgeway Drive Unit #12, Mississauga, Ontario for the safety of our guest and members and to provide security, operational insight, for investigative purposes in the event of an incident, or for loss prevention purposes. Recorded footage may be reviewed or disclosed to authorities or to insurance where reasonably necessary for incident investigations, insurance matters, legal proceedings, law enforcement requests, or facility security purposes. The video footage may be retained at the discretion of Legends for compliance with applicable laws for up to 2 years. Access to video footage shall be limited to those employees and individuals required to perform the activities listed herein and only disclosed to third parties in accordance with applicable laws.
PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS & MEDIA
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during training sessions, camps, clinics, tournaments, leagues, classes, or facility activities for promotional, educational, operational, or social media purposes.
By participating in facility activities, members and/or participants acknowledge that images or recordings may be captured.
Additional parental or guardian consent may be required for media involving minors.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
Legends does not sell personal information to third parties. Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary with employees, coaches, instructors, independent contractors, payment processors, booking software providers, insurance representatives, legal advisors, emergency medical personnel, or government authorities where required by law.
DATA SECURITY
Legends takes reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss. While reasonable safeguards are implemented, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We have implemented measures designed to secure your information. For example, we require our payment processing merchants to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Legends reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions may be made available through the facility, website, booking platform, or other appropriate communication channels in the sole discretion of Legends.
